Since it’s the start of a new year, we’ve decided to do one of our favorite things: make a sweep of online chatter to see what you’re saying about The Body Shop products. This time we’re scouring blogs to see what you have to say about products you’ve recently taken for a test drive.

• Over at Brain Spam, The Glitterati has taken our Mineral Makeup for a post-gym workout spin. She really enjoyed the unique design of the mesh sifters we use on all of our Mineral Makeup products because it prevents large quantities of the makeup from spilling out all over the floor in the locker room. She thinks it’s travel friendly and sheer enough to wear during and after climbing onto that treadmill!
• It seems like we have a newfound fan of our Body Polish over at An Indian’s Make-up Blog. She loved the way that our Vanilla Spice Body Polish was gentle enough to use regularly, but didn’t leave her skin feeling too oily or greasy. Just the right combination of smooth and soft.
• California Cosmetics was attracted by the delicious smell of our Guarana Lip Butter, but she stayed for the intense moisture! Read her review of our popular lip conditioner on her blog that includes a list of her favorite things about it.
• My Makeup Reviews snagged a compact of our Cheek Color while out of town, and had great things to say about the density of the pigmentation and the texture of the color. She also made a note about the long-lasting finish, even taking a photo of her cheek after having worn the blush for around 10 hours in a humid, seaside climate.
• Skin Deco gave our Nature’s Minerals eye shadow a try in Radiant Graphite as a part of her reviews of the entire Nature’s Minerals line. Since she owns around 300 different eye shadows (wow!), we were pleased to hear that she’d found a shade in our line that she didn’t have. Additionally, she really liked the two-toned effect when the shadow was blended.
