		<description>Whenever I have felt overwhelmed by stress, anxiety.  I take a step back and take a few deep breathing excersises.  Yoga and jogging help the tension to stretch and walk it out. Conversation with a loved one, a mate, partner or counselor help talk it out.  A wonderful full-body massage (from scalp to toe) is also very healing. Even reflexology. Then your back to your coordinated, stimulated, normal, joyful self again.  OH HAPPY DAY!!!</description>
